BurnTheory Barre is a specifically designed, 45 minute efficient, intense, fat-burning and muscle sculpting class. The class consists of effective sets of toning and resistance ‘isometric’ exercises utilising bodyweight, light weights, therabands, small balls and the ballet barre to tighten, strengthen and tone the whole body; all set to a kick-ass sound track.

Our (ugly) sweaters class is our signature high intensity interval training workout. Its concept is an indoor bootcamp without the injuries – A sweaty high intensity workout designed to shed fat and build strength.
Unlike most high intensity cardio classes, we do not incorporate large weights or a competition style mentality. Instead, our class incorporates body weight exercises with small equipment like medicine balls, TRX and boxes, and consists of quick, intense bursts of exercises followed by active recovery. This boosts your metabolism and lets your body burn calories for up to 24 hours after your workout!

This class focuses on stretching and lengthening the body through plenty of yoga-inspired choreography and deep stretching movements. In addition, the class continues focus on toning and strengthening through the inclusion of small weights for arms as well as deep Pilates-based core work; all to the soul beats of RnB classics.
