You're a badass, and our boxing classes bring that out - your way. Oh and without the ouch factor: low-impact water bags make sure your bad-assness isn't reduced by sore wrists. No awkward partner boxing here; it’s just you, your bag, in your own space and one seriously (sweaty) good workout. Come in and punch it out... we know you want to.
