That’s why we created Burn Vibes ; a program of social, educational and community-driven events we host across the year.

You’ll get to dive deep into specialised workshops, to brunch, lunch and bubbles series (aka barre/boxing and brunch), dress-up classes to raise money for charity, and other creative combinations, just to give a little extra, and be connected to the community around us.

Because as you may know, we love an event and an excuse for a wine and party just as much as we love our classes and online programs.

And, because just like you, we’re a thriving, adventurous, bunch of real-world women, living our best lives.

Roll & Release 90 Minute Workshop - 31 October 2020

Join us for a 90 minute Roll and Release workshop, where, not only will you learn release techniques for tight spots, but you'll walk out of the workshop feeling totally relaxed, bendy, and like the fabulous woman you are! You'll also leave with your own therapy ball so you can practice your new self-massage techniques at home!
 
(Sorry but this workshop is not suitable for those who are pregnant, or those on prescription pain medication.
